Return Policy

Timeframe

You may return the Products within Fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt of the Products subject to the below eligibility criteria, return procedure and policy. No returns are allowed after Fourteen (14) days of the Product delivery.

If you would like to return Products between Fourteen (14) and Thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of the Products, and the Products are in their original condition, packaging and labelling, you will be eligible to receive store credit only. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returns made after Fourteen (14) days.

In case of offers, special conditions shall apply. Please check with our Customer Service Team regarding the timeframe for return in case of sale or offer Products.

We reserve the right to inspect the Products prior to the acceptance of the return of any products.

Eligibility Criteria

Products are in their original condition, packaging and labelling;
You provide proof of purchase (i.e. Company issued Receipt, bank messages are not sufficient on their own);
You have not opened, unsealed, unpacked, assembled, used, altered or installed the Products.

Unwrapped products
Sale products which are not defective or sold with tag ‘as is’
Damaged products due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under Warranty Period.

*Our team may assist in the assembly and installation of the Products at the time of delivery, in that case- you will be deemed to have given your acceptance and consent that the Products shall not be eligible for return.

*Please note that you may not return Products that do not fall within or fulfil the above Eligibility Criteria (i.e. if you don’t have proof of purchase, the product is not in its original condition or if it falls under the Non-Eligible Products) and we will be unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt.

*In case of a manufacturing defect, please refer to the relevant policy named “Manufacturing Defects Policy”.

Return Procedure

Submit a Return Application (link to application to be added) or contact our Customer Service Team via email on [email protected], call on 026271646 or chat with us within Fourteen (14) days of the Delivery of the Products;
In case your order is eligible for return, you will receive a return label via email;
Our delivery service partner shall contact you within 7 days to collect the Products from you;
At the time of pickup of the Products, kindly ensure:
To print the return label and hand it over with the Products to the Delivery Partner;
For the Products to be in their original condition with packaging, labelling and items received with the Order (i.e. authentication certificates, grading certificates etc.);
To handover the original proof of payment to the Delivery Partner;
Request and receive an acknowledgement receipt from the Delivery Partner.
In case you apply for a refund or replacement you shall be refunded as per the terms of our Refund Policy.

*In case of a manufacturing defect, please refer to the relevant policy named “Manufacturing Defects Policy”.

Note that:

Only one return per order (whether it includes one or multiple products) shall include free shipping and delivery return charges, any additional returns for an order shall be chargeable, subject to the Eligibility Criteria; OR shipping and pick up charges for return shall be borne by the customer unless the order was eligible for free shipping and/or delivery;
In case an incorrect Product is handed by you to our Delivery Partner, we shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such incorrect Products during transit or otherwise, and we shall not be responsible to re-deliver the Products to you, further you shall be liable to submit a new return application for the correct Products and will be liable to bear the shipping and delivery cost for the second return;
The return processing time is a minimum of 2 weeks.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS POLICY

If any of the Products have a ‘Manufacturing Defect’ please submit a Manufacturing Defect Request or contact our Customer Service Team via email at [email protected], call us on 026271646 or chat with us.

Once we receive your request we shall respond to you within 5 days, after which we shall inspect the Product to determine if there is a Manufacturing Effect and we shall revert back to you accordingly.

The Manufacturing Defect request process time is a minimum of 2 weeks.

In such case you shall be entitled to one of the below remedies depending on the nature of the Product and the type of defect:

Product to be fixed (in case fixing the defect shall take more than 14 days, we shall provide you with a substitute Product free of charge until the original Product is fixed);
Product to be replaced;
Product to be returned and refunded.

REFUND POLICY

Note that:

All shipping charges and delivery charges are non-refundable;
We will issue a refund with applicable deductions in accordance with our Refunds Policy;
All Products are inspected when we get them back to determine whether they are in original condition or otherwise eligible for a refund;
The refund processing time is a minimum of 2 weeks.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a partial/full refund in the below cases:

You have cancelled your order prior to dispatching of the products and in compliance with the Cancellation Policy;
You have submitted a Return Application within Fourteen (14) days of the Products’ delivery in compliance with the Return Policy;
One or more of the Products include a Manufacturing Defect which is not capable of being fixed.

In case of manufacturing defect, follow the Manufacturing Defect Policy

Once your application is accepted and the cancellation, return or manufacturing defect request is processed, if you are eligible for a partial/full refund as per this policy, you shall receive an email confirmation with the amount that has been refunded to your mode of payment/store credits.

Refund Mode:

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment chosen when you made your order:

Card payment and other payment service providers to be refunded to the same card/payment service provider used for payment. The exact date on which the amount shall be reflected in your account depends on your bank/payment service provider. In case we have confirmed successful refund through email, please contact your bank/payment service provider for follow ups.
Cash on Delivery and Gift Card payments shall be refunded in the form of store credits valid for redemption within _____, after which the store credit shall expire.
If any or all the Products that were originally part of an order placed using a Gift Card or coupon code/offer are returned, then the Gift Card or coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. For example: If the Products cancelled/returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the Products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
