Spacium Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our Policies are in line with the relevant applicable UAE laws and regulations, and are not intended to affect any rights available to you as a Consumer under the UAE Laws. Note that the policies are subject to change as per the updated and effective laws and regulations at any given time.

This policy sets out the Shipping & Delivery Policy that applies to Customers that have made a purchase through www.spacium.com (“Platform” or “Site”). If you have any questions regarding this policy or for other matters related to the delivery of a product, please contact the Spacium Customer Service Team at [insert email/contact number].

Delivery Rates & Times:

Spacium undertakes delivery of products via third-party logistics (“3PL”) or direct shipment from the Supplier. The Supplier is responsible for fulfilling orders and will manage the entire delivery process.

Delivery charges will depend on the products you order and your delivery city/country. Delivery and shipping charges will automatically be calculated and displayed at checkout, prior to proceeding with the payment and order confirmation. Once the payment has been made, you shall receive a payment confirmation via email to the registered email address.

Please review the charges as it is your responsibility to be aware of the charges.

Refer to the “My Orders” section on your account for the most updated information or, if you are a guest user, the email confirmation sent by Spacium.

*Please note the delivery time displayed on Spacium is only an estimate and is subject to change in accordance with the Supplier and/or 3PL. They are not guaranteed delivery times and may differ despite our best efforts.

Shipping & Delivery Options:

Express Shipping: If you would like to opt for express shipping and delivery, there will be additional charges. Express shipping will only be available for certain products. Please check the delivery options on the checkout page. If the express option cannot be seen at checkout, this means express shipping will not be available for your order.

Contactless Delivery: If you would like to opt for contactless delivery, you can select this option at checkout or by letting the Spacium team know by contacting us at [email protected] or +971 2627 1646. Once your order has been delivered, you will be notified. Please make sure to be at the delivery address provided on the day of delivery to avoid your product being unattended. Spacium, Suppliers, and/or 3PLs will not be responsible for any missing or damaged products that have been left unattended as a result of no one being available at the address.

Cash on Delivery:

For Cash on Delivery orders, you will be charged an additional AED 10 in addition to any shipping/delivery fees. Cash on Delivery option is only available for Orders with a maximum value of AED 200

Shipping Information:

To avoid any delays in delivery, please make sure your account information is up to date with the correct shipping/billing address and contact number. It is your responsibility to provide the correct address and contact number for delivery at checkout or on your Spacium account. Spacium, suppliers and/or 3PL will not be responsible for any delays in shipping due to inaccurate, false or incomplete information provided by you.

Delays:

Delays in delivery may occur due to the following reasons:

If the delivery of the product is delayed by an event outside of our control (not limited to government issued lockdowns, serious weather conditions, road accidents etc), we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the delay and will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of the delay;
If you or other persons are not available at the address you provided and you have not opted for contactless delivery, we will notify you and contact you to rearrange delivery for another time. Please note that you may incur additional charges for re-delivery;
If, after a failed delivery, you do not re-arrange the delivery, we will contact you with further instructions. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you to re-arrange delivery, we will cancel you order and issue a refund for the total amount of the product excluding shipping/delivery fees.

Identification Upon Delivery:

Supplier and/or 3PL may, at their sole discretion, request to verify your identity and/or ownership of your financial instruments by requesting a form of identification and/or the same credit/debit card used at checkout. If we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide, we have the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.

International Delivery:

In the event that your order requires delivery from overseas countries, you may be considered the importer for the purposes of paying all required fees and customs duties relevant to your purchase. In such instance, you are required to ensure that your ordered products can be lawfully imported and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You will be responsible for paying additional fees regarding custom duties.

Incomplete Order/Missing Products:

If, at any time after the purchase has been made on the Platform and you have received the written confirmation of the order, a product is missing from your order at the time of delivery, you must inform Spacium within 2 business days. Once you inform us of the missing product, we will take reasonable steps to locate the missing product and have it delivered to you. If, however, we are not able to locate the missing product, you will be partially refunded accordingly.
